A few notes:
• Ramallah serves as the de facto administrative capital of the Palestinian Authority (Palestine), even though, by law, the designated capital is Jerusalem.
• The capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is Abu Dhabi, not Dubai. Dubai is the capital of the emirate of the same name (not part of this quiz).
• Manama is the capital of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
